What’s the catch?

Why not just build it myself for free on Wix or Squarespace?

You can, but it takes real time to learn, pick a template, and get it looking right, and most contractors don’t have a spare weekend for that. This is already built and ready to look at today.

Is this really my site, or are you still controlling it?

Yes, it’s yours. The domain is registered in your name. We hold the domain account for you until you ask us to transfer it, no charge.

What if I want changes later?

Facts — phone, hours, address, services — are free to fix, unlimited for the first 30 days, then up to 12 times a year after that. Style changes such as colors, logo and photos get one correction round of up to 3 changes, which can also cover a full style redo if you want to start over on the look.

How fast is fast?

Typically about a week.

What if I just don’t like the overall style?

Your one correction round can absorb a full style redo. If it’s still not right, the 7-day refund is there as a backstop.

Do you handle hosting and maintenance?

Yes, that’s included. No separate hosting bill, ever.

What happens if I don’t renew?

The site comes down. Renewal is $149 a year, and you choose at checkout whether it renews automatically or you opt in each year yourself.

Can I get a fully custom design instead of a template style?

Our full-service option adds a designed logo if you don’t have one, professional photography, and copywriting done for you. It’s $1,199. Ask if you want more detail.

Do you do SEO, or guarantee I’ll show up on Google?

No. We build the site with good basic practices built in — fast loading, proper structure, no ranking games — but we don’t promise search rankings. Nobody honestly can for a brand-new site.

What if I already have a Facebook page but no website?

That’s exactly who this is for.

Is there a contract, or am I locked in?

No contract. Outside the correction and refund rules above, you can leave any time. The site comes down and that’s it.
